Need A Career – Enterprise Subscription Fair Usage Policy

At Need A Career, our Enterprise Subscription is designed to provide businesses and recruitment agencies with maximum flexibility and value, including unlimited job postings. To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and maintain platform integrity, this Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”) outlines acceptable use of the Enterprise plan.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The Enterprise plan is intended for genuine recruitment activity by businesses and agencies managing active hiring needs.

“Unlimited job postings” is provided on the basis of fair, reasonable, and proportionate usage, not for abuse, automation, or exploitation of the platform.

2. What “Unlimited” Means

Your Enterprise subscription allows you to:

  • Post an unrestricted number of genuine job listings
  • Advertise across multiple roles, locations, and industries
  • Manage hiring across teams and departments
  • Maintain a continuous recruitment presence

There are no fixed caps, provided usage aligns with this policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform in a manner that is:

  • Lawful and compliant with all applicable employment and advertising laws
  • Genuine, representing real and current job opportunities
  • Accurate and transparent, with clear job descriptions and employer details
  • Proportionate to your organisation’s actual hiring activity

4. Examples of Fair Usage

The following are considered acceptable:

  • Recruitment agencies posting multiple roles for different clients
  • Businesses hiring across several departments or locations
  • Ongoing recruitment campaigns for high-growth companies
  • Reposting roles where positions remain open or are updated

5. Prohibited or Excessive Use

To protect platform quality, the following are not permitted:

5.1 Non-Genuine Listings

  • Fake, misleading, or speculative job postings
  • Jobs created solely to collect candidate data without intent to hire

5.2 Duplicate or Spam Posting

  • Excessive duplication of the same job to dominate listings
  • Minor variations of identical roles posted repeatedly

5.3 Automation & System Abuse

  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate postings
  • Bulk uploads designed to overwhelm or manipulate platform visibility

5.4 Resale or Third-Party Abuse

  • Subletting, reselling, or sharing your account outside your organisation
  • Posting jobs on behalf of third parties not directly managed by your business (unless you are a legitimate recruitment agency)

5.5 Disproportionate Usage

  • Activity significantly exceeding normal recruitment patterns without justification
  • Behaviour that negatively impacts platform performance or user experience

6. Monitoring & Review

Need A Career reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Policy
  • Review accounts flagged for unusual or excessive activity
  • Request clarification on job postings where necessary

7. Fair Use Thresholds (Guideline Only)

While no strict limits apply, the following may trigger a review:

  • Extremely high volumes of postings within short timeframes
  • Repetitive or near-identical job listings across multiple locations
  • Posting behaviour inconsistent with typical recruitment activity

These are not hard limits, but indicators used to maintain fairness.

8. Enforcement

If your usage is found to be in breach of this Policy, Need A Career may take the following steps:

  1. Issue a warning and request corrective action
  2. Temporarily suspend posting privileges
  3. Remove non-compliant job listings
  4. Suspend or terminate the account (in serious or repeated cases)

We will always aim to resolve issues fairly and collaboratively before taking action.
